At NONNA, we want you to enjoy your coffee experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product under the conditions outlined below.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must:

  • Be in the original packaging
  • Be clean and unused
  • Have no broken, damaged, or missing parts
  • Be in a condition that allows the product to be resold

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. NONNA does not provide prepaid return labels.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your payment method after the refund has been processed.
