⏱ Current Shipping Update - Summer 2026

Thanks to overwhelming demand for the Nonna 2.0, here's where things stand:

First-batch orders (placed before July 15th): The first batch of 400 units is sold out, and those orders are shipping now, first come, first served. If you're in the first batch, you'll receive a tracking email the moment yours is on the way.

Pre-orders (placed July 15th or later): All new orders are pre-orders and will ship in September 2026, reserved in the order they're received. Your order confirmation will say "Pre-order" so you know which batch you're in.

Once your order ships, the standard delivery times below apply.

Types Of Shipping Available

  • United States

    We ship our orders using UPS.

    Standard Shipping (4 - 8 Business Days) - $9.99

    Express Shipping (2 - 3 Business Days) - $19.99

    Free Shipping for orders of $100.00 are sent using Standard Shipping.

  • Canada

    We ship most of our orders in Canada with Purolator or UPS.

    Standard Shipping (3 - 9 Business Days) - $14.99

    Express Shipping (1 - 2 Business Days) - $24.99

    Free Shipping for orders of $100.00 are sent using Standard Shipping.

  • International

    International orders will be sent either with UPS or FedEx.

    We only have one shipping option available for international orders.

    Economy International (20 - 60 Business Days depending on where) - $49.99
