Does the NONNA work on an induction stovetop?
The NONNA is a glass stovetop percolator and is not natively compatible with induction cooktops. It comes with a stainless steel heat diffuser designed to bridge the gap between the glass base and an induction surface. Most customers report success using the included diffuser, though results can vary depending on the induction unit. For guaranteed compatibility, the NONNA works best on gas, electric coil, and glass top electric stoves.
What is the metal clover-shaped piece included with the NONNA?

Yes. Replacement parts are available for the NONNA 2.0, including the glass stem and coffee basket. Parts for the original NONNA have been discontinued. Please note that NONNA 2.0 parts are not compatible with the original retro percolators as they are made to a different size.
