NONNA 1.0 - Glass Stem - Replacement Piece

Stem is fine but the cost of replacement stem is way TOO much. The stem is delicate and is easily broken. Need to make stem stronger or reduce price significantly. I think I paid approximately $50 for the Nonna replacement stem was over $30.

I replaced The Nonna stem because upon the first brewing, the original stem cracked from top to bottom. Therefore, it had to be replaced at my cost.
Therefore, I could no longer use the coffee basket until I bought a new stem which I did.
The Nonna product is faulty, and to my eye is a prototype which has not been fully completed .

A prototype at best

The replacement stem for my Nonna coffee pot came impeccably packaged and perfectly in tact. I will be more careful when I'm hand washing and drying. Thank you!!

I have not received it yet, so I can't do the review.
